Responsibilities
- Lead incident response and threat hunting operations using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Develop and implement network security controls (firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs)
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on secure cloud architecture (AWS/Azure)
- Document security policies and compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001)
- Mentor junior analysts and drive security awareness initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with hands-on incident response experience
- Certifications: CISSP, CEH, or OSCP required
- Expertise in network security tools (Palo Alto, Cisco, CrowdStrike)
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell)
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure security services)
- Active TS/SCI clearance preferred
