Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security threats using SIEM tools and other security technologies.
- Conduct incident response activities, including investigation, containment, and recovery.
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify weaknesses.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure security is integrated into all projects.
- Stay current with the latest cybersecurity threats and technologies.
- Document security incidents and provide regular reports to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on threat analysis and incident response.
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls.
- Experience with SIEM platforms (e.g., Splunk, QRadar) and security automation tools.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
