Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced threat detection systems using SIEM and EDR technologies
- Lead incident response operations for security breaches and cyber attacks
- Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments across cloud/on-premise environments
- Develop security automation workflows using Python and PowerShell
- Maintain compliance frameworks including NIST, ISO 27001, and SOC 2
- Mentor junior analysts and drive security awareness initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with hands-on SOC/IR experience
- CISSP, CEH, or OSCP certification required
- Expertise in AWS/Azure security services and network architecture
- Proficiency in threat intelligence platforms (e.g., Recorded Future, CrowdStrike)
- Experience with cloud-native security tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong analytical skills with incident documentation expertise
