Responsibilities
- Lead threat detection and incident response operations using SIEM platforms (Splunk/Symantec)
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on enterprise networks
- Develop and maintain security documentation including playbooks and risk assessments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement zero-trust architecture
- Monitor emerging threats and provide actionable intelligence to stakeholders
- Manage security audits and compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001)
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to security awareness programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on cybersecurity experience with SOC operations
- CISSP, CEH, or GIAC certification required
- Expertise in threat intelligence frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK, STIX)
- Proficiency in network security tools (Firewall, IDS/IPS, EDR)
- Strong knowledge of cloud security (AWS/Azure) and containerization
- Experience with incident response protocols and forensic tools
- Ability to work under pressure during security incidents
