Responsibilities
- Conduct 24/7 security monitoring and incident response for enterprise networks
- Lead vulnerability assessments and penetration testing across hybrid environments
- Develop and implement zero-trust architecture solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance SIEM capabilities
- Generate executive-level security reports and compliance documentation
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to threat intelligence programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity operations or threat analysis
- Active CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ certification
- Proficiency in SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar) and EDR solutions
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure) and network protocols
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure
- Willingness to relocate to Philadelphia with relocation assistance
