Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and monitor advanced security controls across cloud/on-prem environments
- Lead incident response operations including threat hunting, forensics, and mitigation
- Develop comprehensive security documentation (policies, playbooks, risk assessments)
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to embed security in CI/CD pipelines
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Mentor junior security analysts and drive security awareness programs
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with focus on threat detection/response
- CISSP, CEH, or GIAC certification required
- Expertise in SIEM (Splunk/Sysmon), EDR, and cloud security (AWS/Azure)
- Hands-on experience with NIST frameworks and compliance standards
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell) and automation tools
- Proven track record in incident response and threat hunting
- Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or related field
