Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced threat detection frameworks using SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar)
- Lead incident response operations for security breaches and cyber attacks
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing across hybrid environments
- Develop security automation scripts using Python and PowerShell
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines
- Document security policies and compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001)
- Mentor junior analysts and conduct security awareness training
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity operations
- CISSP, CISM, or CEH certification required
- Expertise in threat hunting and malware analysis
- Strong knowledge of cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience with NIST RMF and GDPR compliance
- Proficient in network protocols and system architectures
- Excellent written communication for reporting and documentation
