Responsibilities
- Lead incident response coordination for security breaches and cyberattacks
- Develop and implement advanced threat detection protocols using SIEM tools
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on network infrastructure
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design secure cloud architectures
- Generate comprehensive security reports for executive stakeholders
- Mentor junior security analysts on best practices and emerging threats
- Stay current with global cybersecurity trends and compliance standards (ISO 27001, NIST)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity operations
- CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ certification required
- Expertise in SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar) and EDR solutions
- Strong knowledge of cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) and network protocols
- Experience with threat intelligence platforms (CrowdStrike, Recorded Future)
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to document complex security procedures
