Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced threat detection protocols using SIEM platforms
- Lead incident response for security breaches including forensics and containment
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing for enterprise systems
- Develop security awareness training programs for 500+ employees
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement DevSecOps practices
- Monitor 24/7 security operations and escalate critical threats
- Ensure compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, and HIPAA standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise cybersecurity roles
- Active CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ certification
- Expertise in SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) and EDR solutions
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure) and container security
- Proven incident response handling with IR frameworks
