Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust security architectures to defend against sophisticated cyber threats
- Lead incident response operations, including threat hunting and forensic analysis
- Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing across enterprise systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into DevOps pipelines
- Mentor junior security professionals and contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity with focus on threat detection and response
- Industry certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH, or OSCP)
- Expertise in SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar), IDS/IPS, and EDR solutions
- Strong knowledge of cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) and zero-trust architectures
- Experience with compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR)
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts
