Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing across networks
- Develop and implement incident response protocols for security breaches
- Collaborate with IT teams to enforce NIST and ISO 27001 compliance
- Lead threat hunting initiatives and malware analysis investigations
- Create security awareness training for employees
- Manage security tools (Firewalls, IDS/IPS, EDR) and optimize configurations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on cybersecurity experience with threat detection
- CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ certification required
- Expertise in cloud security (AWS/Azure) and network protocols
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell) for automation
- Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA)
- Experience with incident response and forensic analysis tools
