What you'll achieve: Design and implement advanced security protocols, lead incident response operations, and mentor junior analysts while collaborating with CISOs to develop enterprise-wide risk mitigation strategies. Your expertise will directly shape our clients' security postures in an increasingly complex threat landscape.
Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain multi-layered defense systems including SIEM, EDR, and network segmentation
- Lead forensic investigations for complex breaches and coordinate cross-functional remediation efforts
- Develop threat intelligence frameworks using MITRE ATT&CK and NIST frameworks
- Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments for critical infrastructure
- Present executive security briefings to C-suite stakeholders and board members
- Mentor junior analysts and optimize security operation center (SOC) workflows
- Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, NIST CSF, and industry-specific regulations
Qualifications
- 8+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in SOC/operations leadership
- Certified CISSP, CISM, or OSCP required; GIAC certifications preferred
- Expertise in AWS/Azure security architecture and cloud-native threat detection
- Proven experience with Splunk, CrowdStrike, or Palo Alto Networks ecosystems
- Strong scripting capabilities in Python/PowerShell for automation
- Experience with regulatory compliance in regulated industries
- Ability to manage high-pressure incident response scenarios
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
