Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced threat detection systems for enterprise networks
- Lead incident response operations during security breaches and cyberattacks
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on cloud infrastructure
- Develop security automation tools using Python and PowerShell
- Maintain compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, and PCI-DSS frameworks
- Mentor junior analysts and document security protocols
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to embed security in CI/CD pipelines
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with focus on threat detection and incident response
- Certified CISSP, CISM, or CEH required
- Expertise in SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar) and EDR solutions
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure security services)
- Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK framework and threat hunting methodologies
- Ability to obtain Secret clearance (US citizenship required)
