Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust security architectures to prevent cyber threats
- Lead incident response protocols for security breaches and vulnerabilities
- Conduct regular penetration testing and vulnerability assessments
- Monitor SIEM platforms for anomalous activity and generate actionable reports
- Develop and maintain security policies aligned with NIST and ISO standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security best practices
- Mentor junior analysts and conduct security awareness training
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity roles with SOC/NOC exposure
- CISSP, CISM, or CEH certification required
- Expertise in threat intelligence, network security, and cloud security
- Proficiency in SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) and endpoint protection platforms
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex security data
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder reporting and documentation
