Responsibilities
- Lead threat hunting initiatives and advanced incident response operations
- Design and implement zero-trust security architectures
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Manage SIEM platforms and orchestrate security automation
- Develop compliance frameworks for NIST, ISO 27001, and GDPR
- Mentor junior analysts and drive security awareness programs
- Collaborate with engineering teams on secure DevOps practices
Qualifications
- 8+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in enterprise-level threat detection
- Certifications: CISSP, CISM, or OSCP (required)
- Expertise in cloud security (AWS/Azure) and network defense
- Hands-on experience with SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar)
- Strong knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK framework
- Ability to lead high-pressure incident response scenarios
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
