Responsibilities
- Lead 24/7 security operations center (SOC) monitoring and threat hunting initiatives
- Design and implement advanced intrusion detection/prevention systems
- Conduct forensic investigations on security incidents and breaches
- Develop comprehensive security policies and compliance frameworks
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines
- Mentor junior analysts and conduct security awareness training
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity with SOC operations focus
- CISSP, CISM, or CEH certification required
- Expertise in SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar) and EDR solutions
- Strong knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK framework and NIST standards
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure) and container technologies
- Proven incident response coordination with legal/regulatory bodies
