Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS or Azure.
- Automate provisioning, deployment, and configuration using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
- Implement and enforce cloud security best practices and compliance standards.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize costs.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines into cloud environments.
- Conduct regular system audits and disaster recovery planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Cloud Engineering or DevOps.
- Strong proficiency in AWS or Azure services (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC).
- Expertise in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog) and logging solutions.
- Strong understanding of Linux system administration and networking.
