Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure.
- Automate provisioning and configuration management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and Ansible.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI) to ensure rapid, reliable software delivery.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement optimization strategies to reduce costs and improve reliability.
- Enforce security best practices and compliance standards (SOC2, HIPAA) across all cloud environments.
- Collaborate with software developers and DevOps teams to define requirements for new digital services.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in cloud engineering, systems administration, or DevOps.
- Deep expertise in AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda) or Azure, with a preference for AWS.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Experience with containerization technologies, specifically Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts, including VPCs, subnets, and load balancing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
