Responsibilities
- Design and implement AWS/Azure/GCP cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Optimize cloud costs and performance through continuous monitoring and architectural improvements
- Lead CI/CD pipeline automation using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions
- Ensure security compliance (SOC2, HIPAA) and implement robust IAM policies
- Provide 24/7 on-call support for production cloud environments
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct architecture reviews
Qualifications
- 5+ years of cloud engineering experience with AWS/Azure/GCP certifications
- Expertise in container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker) and serverless architectures
- Proficient in scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Strong understanding of network security and cloud-native security practices
- Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog)
- Ability to work independently in remote settings while collaborating effectively
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience
