Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and implement secure, scalable, and highly available cloud infrastructure on AWS or Azure.
- Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters and containerized applications.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) strategies using Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Ensure system security, compliance, and data protection standards are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive architectural improvements.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Cloud Engineering or DevOps.
- Deep expertise in AWS (Amazon Web Services) or Microsoft Azure.
- Strong proficiency with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash, or Go).
- Proven track record of implementing Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Ansible).
- Strong understanding of networking, security protocols, and cloud governance.
