Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy cloud infrastructure on AWS/Azure with IaC tools (Terraform/CloudFormation)
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins/GitLab and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Optimize cloud costs and performance through continuous monitoring and automation
- Lead migration projects from on-premises to cloud environments
- Ensure security compliance (HIPAA/GDPR) and implement robust security protocols
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct regular code reviews
Qualifications
- 5+ years of cloud engineering experience with AWS/Azure certifications
- Expertise in infrastructure automation (Ansible, Python/Go)
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and serverless computing
- Experience with monitoring tools (Datadog, Prometheus) and log aggregation
- Proven track record of optimizing cloud environments for cost and performance
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
