Responsibilities
- Design and implement AWS/Azure/GCP infrastructure solutions using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Optimize cloud environments for cost, performance, and security (AWS Cost Explorer, Azure Advisor)
- Lead CI/CD pipeline automation using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions
- Implement robust monitoring and logging solutions (Datadog, Splunk, Prometheus)
- Conduct security hardening and compliance audits (SOC 2, ISO 27001)
- Mentor junior engineers on cloud best practices and architecture patterns
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement Kubernetes and container orchestration
Qualifications
- 5+ years of cloud engineering experience with AWS/Azure/GCP certifications
- Expertise in infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Packer)
- Strong background in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, EKS/AKS)
- Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals (VPC, VPN, load balancing)
- Experience with monitoring tools and observability platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex issues
