Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure, scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS/Azure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation)
- Optimize cloud costs through architecture improvements and resource automation
- Lead CI/CD pipeline development using Jenkins/GitHub Actions for DevOps excellence
- Provide 24/7 production support with incident response and post-mortem analysis
- Conduct security assessments and implement compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO 27001)
- Mentor junior engineers and drive best practice adoption across teams
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with AWS/Azure and hybrid cloud environments
- Expertise in container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker) and serverless technologies
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash) and infrastructure automation experience
- Professional certification (AWS/Azure Solutions Architect or equivalent)
- Proven track record of migrating on-premise workloads to cloud platforms
- Experience with monitoring tools (Datadog, Prometheus) and log aggregation
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical cloud solutions
