Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud architectures across multi-cloud environments
- Lead migration of on-premise systems to cloud platforms while maintaining 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, security, and cost efficiency using CI/CD pipelines
- Develop infrastructure-as-code (IaC) solutions using Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible
- Implement robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems using Splunk, Datadog, or AWS CloudWatch
- Collaborate with DevOps and security teams to ensure compliance with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 standards
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct regular cloud architecture reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform
- Expert-level knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration
- Proven experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Strong background in cloud security best practices and compliance frameworks
- Certifications in AWS Solutions Architect, Azure DevOps, or Google Cloud Professional
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex distributed systems
