Responsibilities

- Lead the full machine learning lifecycle, from data collection and preprocessing to model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Optimize models for speed, accuracy, and efficiency to ensure real-time performance in production environments.

Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or data science.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
