Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure and machine learning pipelines designed for the demands of 2026.
- Model Development: Lead the end-to-end development of advanced AI models, including NLP, Computer Vision, and predictive analytics.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical roadmap for AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company's 2026 strategic vision.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into business operations.
- Innovation & Research: Stay at the forefront of AI trends, conducting POCs and research to evaluate emerging technologies for future implementation.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on large-scale system design.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps practices.
- AI Expertise: Deep experience with LLMs, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and fine-tuning techniques.
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights for stakeholders.
