Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design for core products, ensuring scalability, security, and performance for the 2026 ecosystem.
- Define technical standards and best practices for the engineering team.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to modern microservices architectures.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Conduct code reviews and technical mentorship for junior and mid-level engineers.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks in the roadmap.
- Drive innovation by researching emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 vision.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and system design.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Java.
- Experience with AI/ML infrastructure and MLOps pipelines.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams through complex technical projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
