Responsibilities
- Architect Neural Frameworks: Design and implement scalable neural network architectures for real-time synthetic environment generation and data simulation.
- Optimize Performance: Utilize CUDA and GPU acceleration to ensure low-latency inference for high-fidelity AI models.
- Neural Interface Design: Collaborate with UX researchers to develop intuitive brain-computer interface (BCI) prototypes and feedback loops.
- Ethical AI Governance: Implement robust guardrails and alignment techniques to ensure synthetic outputs are safe, equitable, and bias-free.
- Spatial Computing Integration: Leverage Unity and Unreal Engine to integrate AI agents into immersive 3D spatial environments.
- Research & Development: Stay at the forefront of industry trends, evaluating emerging technologies like quantum-enhanced ML and generative video synthesis.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards across the platform.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computational Neuroscience, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering, with a focus on Generative AI or Computer Vision.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of Transformer architectures, Large Language Models (LLMs), and spatial computing principles.
- Tools: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
