Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the long-term AI strategy to align with company goals and 2026 market predictions.
- Architecture Design: Design scalable, secure, and high-performance AI and machine learning systems.
- R&D Oversight: Lead research initiatives to explore emerging technologies (e.g., AGI, Quantum Computing integration).
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for C-level executives and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture and strategic planning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Visionary Mindset: Demonstrated ability to identify trends and pivot strategies for future readiness.
