Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models for large-scale applications.
- Lead research initiatives focused on Generative AI and predictive analytics.
- Optimize algorithms for efficiency, scalability, and low-latency performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Product, Engineering) to drive product innovation.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure model reliability and security.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or NLP.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and MLOps pipelines.
- Demonstrated ability to work in an agile, fast-paced startup environment.
