Qualifications
- Education: PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX; strong proficiency in C++ for high-performance computing.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in machine learning research or software engineering, with a proven track record of publishing in top-tier venues (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL, etc.).
- Domain Knowledge: Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Transformers, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Problem Solving: Ability to tackle ambiguous problems and derive innovative solutions with limited resources.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
