In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and practical application, working alongside top-tier talent to create intelligent systems that redefine human-machine interaction.
Responsibilities
- Research & Development: Design and implement cutting-edge algorithms for Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI systems.
- Model Optimization: Improve model inference speed and reduce latency for real-time edge applications.
- Prototype Creation: Build and iterate on proof-of-concept (PoC) models to solve complex business challenges.
- Collaboration: Partner with product teams and data scientists to translate research findings into deployable features.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of research methodologies, experiments, and results.
- Mentorship: Guide junior researchers and engineers in best practices for AI model training and evaluation.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML research or software engineering.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Mathematical Foundation: Strong understanding of linear algebra, calculus, probability, and statistics.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems and derive innovative solutions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex technical concepts.
