Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Design: Design and implement scalable AI architectures that integrate classical machine learning with quantum computing paradigms.
- Algorithm Optimization: Develop and optimize deep learning models and quantum circuits for high-performance computing environments.
- Prototype Development: Build cutting-edge prototypes for autonomous systems and predictive analytics engines.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- R&D Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the technical roadmap for our 2026 product suite.
- System Integration: Ensure seamless integration of AI modules with legacy systems and cloud infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Cirq, Qiskit).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex, non-linear problems.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage project lifecycles from conception to deployment.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
