Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design scalable, high-performance system architectures tailored for the 2026 technology stack, incorporating AI and quantum computing paradigms.
- Lead Integration Strategy: Spearhead the integration of advanced AI models, neural networks, and quantum algorithms into core product lines.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor engineering teams, establish best practices for future-proof development, and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
- R&D Leadership: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging tech trends (e.g., AGI, Neuromorphic Computing) to drive product differentiation.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee the optimization of large-scale data pipelines and compute environments to support next-gen workloads.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with C-level executives and product managers to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture and systems design, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Tech Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, Rust, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- AI Expertise: Proven track record of building and deploying complex Machine Learning and Deep Learning models.
- Quantum Knowledge: Understanding of quantum computing concepts (Qubits, Qiskit, Cirq) or a strong willingness to rapidly master emerging frameworks.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
