Responsibilities
- Design and implement next-generation neural architectures for the 2026 roadmap, focusing on quantum-classical hybrid models.
- Lead research initiatives in quantum-mechanical algorithms and their application to AI optimization.
- Optimize deep learning models for high-performance edge computing environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate futuristic concepts into deployable, scalable code.
- Mentor senior engineering staff on best practices in AI ethics, safety, and system reliability.
- Conduct technical feasibility studies for emerging technologies and emerging standards.
- Establish best practices for data governance and model lifecycle management.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, with a strong focus on Generative models (LLMs, GANs).
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, PyQuil) and quantum simulation tools.
- Excellent architectural skills with a deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment and drive projects from concept to production.
- Strong communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
