Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of scalable AI models and quantum algorithms tailored for enterprise solutions.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives exploring emerging technologies, including neuromorphic computing and edge AI.
- Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor a high-performing team of data scientists and engineers to foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- System Optimization: Optimize existing infrastructure for high-throughput processing and minimal latency in real-time AI environments.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with C-level executives to define technical roadmaps and long-term technology strategies.
- Integration: Oversee the seamless integration of AI components into legacy systems and new product architectures.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or quantum computing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex technical projects.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to deconstruct complex problems into actionable engineering solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
