Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and production models.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to define AI requirements and success metrics.
- Optimize model inference latency and cost-effectiveness for real-time applications.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in deep learning and NLP to integrate state-of-the-art techniques.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance in all AI deployments.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specializing in AI/ML.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience deploying models to cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of MLOps principles, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time.
