Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable deep learning models and neural networks for high-volume production environments.
- Lead the optimization and fine-tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance inference speed and accuracy.
- Design robust MLOps pipelines to ensure seamless deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of AI models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct cutting-edge research in Generative AI and Reinforcement Learning to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and interns, fostering a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in designing and deploying machine learning systems.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Proven experience working with Transformers, NLP, and multimodal AI architectures.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
