Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy advanced machine learning models, with a focus on Generative AI and LLMs.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce computational costs for large-scale deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Product, Engineering) to translate research into actionable products.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation and A/B testing to validate model performance and accuracy.
- Establish and enforce best practices for data privacy, bias mitigation, and AI ethics.
- Mentor junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Extensive experience with Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep expertise in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Proven track record of deploying ML models to production environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native architecture.
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
