- Collaboration: Partner closely with product managers and frontend engineers to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a specific focus on Deep Learning and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, SQL, and distributed computing systems (e.g., Kubernetes, AWS).
- Tools: Strong hands-on experience with Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar AI orchestration tools.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
