Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models and generative AI applications.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define AI product requirements and success metrics.
- Optimize algorithms for performance, scalability, and latency in production environments.
- Mentor junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and model evaluation to ensure high accuracy and reliability.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in Deep Learning and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, AI, or data science.
- Proficiency in Python, with extensive experience in frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of Deep Learning architectures (Transformers, LLMs, GANs).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
