Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for the company's AI roadmap leading up to 2026.
- Design and implement scalable machine learning infrastructure and distributed systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into production environments.
- Mentor and lead a team of talented engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and evaluate emerging technologies to drive innovation.
- Optimize model performance and reduce latency for real-time applications.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
