Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Lead the research and development of Generative AI models, including LLM fine-tuning and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices in ML engineering.
- Optimize models for production environments, ensuring low latency and high accuracy.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research to integrate new techniques into our stack.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or data science.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep knowledge of machine learning frameworks.
- Proven experience deploying models to cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with MLOps tools and version control (Git, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
