Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy scalable machine learning models and algorithms for production environments.
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI solutions, from data ingestion to model serving.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize model performance and reduce inference latency using MLOps best practices.
- Stay at the forefront of AI research and implement state-of-the-art methodologies.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or NLP.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of neural network architectures and training optimization techniques.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact AI products in a fast-paced environment.
