Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 product roadmap, focusing on autonomous systems and advanced AI.
- Lead a team of elite engineers and researchers to develop scalable, robust, and secure future-tech solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate futuristic technologies into core business operations.
- Drive architectural decisions that ensure system longevity and high-performance scalability.
- Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams through complex product lifecycles.
- Strong background in cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and distributed systems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
