Responsibilities
- Develop and enforce a comprehensive AI governance framework tailored for 2026 technologies.
- Conduct impact assessments on emerging AI models, including Generative AI and Autonomous Systems.
- Advocate for fairness, accountability, and transparency in algorithmic decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate ethical standards into the software development lifecycle.
- Monitor global regulatory trends and advise leadership on compliance strategies.
- Lead internal training sessions on AI ethics and responsible innovation.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Philosophy, Ethics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or a strategic leadership role within the tech industry.
- Deep technical fluency in Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch with a focus on ethical deployment.
- Proven experience drafting policy documents or ethical guidelines for large-scale tech products.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to navigate complex, ambiguous problems.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
