Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Models: Design and implement scalable deep learning architectures, including transformers and generative adversarial networks (GANs).
- Pioneering Research: Lead R&D initiatives to explore emerging AI paradigms, focusing on AGI (Artificial General Intelligence) pathways.
- Optimization & Efficiency: Fine-tune large language models for optimal performance, reduced latency, and enhanced accuracy in real-time environments.
- Collaborative Innovation: Partner with cross-functional teams including quantum computing specialists and data scientists to integrate diverse technologies.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for responsible AI deployment, ensuring transparency, fairness, and safety in algorithmic outputs.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in building and deploying production-level AI models.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Cloud Expertise: Proven track record of managing large-scale workloads on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to tackle complex, ambiguous problems with creative solutions.
