The Opportunity:
Nebula Dynamics is building the core infrastructure for Project 2026. As a Senior Engineer, you will design scalable, fault-tolerant machine learning pipelines and mentor a team of top-tier researchers. This is a high-impact role where your code will directly influence the trajectory of our technology.
Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement the core neural network architectures for the 2026 autonomous driving framework.
- Model Optimization: Optimize inference latency and model size using quantization, pruning, and distillation techniques.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve by integrating the latest advancements in Generative AI and Reinforcement Learning.
- Team Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews and technical workshops.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and hardware engineers to ensure seamless AI integration.
- Roadmap Planning: Contribute to the technical roadmap for the 2026 release cycle.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in deep learning, with at least 2 years leading technical projects.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow. Strong understanding of NLP and Computer Vision.
- Infrastructure: Experience deploying models on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and edge devices.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems in high-pressure environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
