Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Generative AI solutions using state-of-the-art LLMs and Vector Databases.
- Lead the fine-tuning and optimization of proprietary models to enhance domain-specific performance and reduce hallucinations.
- Implement robust MLOps pipelines to ensure model reliability, continuous integration, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI agents into existing software ecosystems and user interfaces.
- Ensure AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines, data privacy standards, and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering or Data Science.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Proven experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures and LangChain.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
