Nexus Horizon is seeking a visionary Senior AI Engineer to spearhead our next-generation generative AI initiatives. As we look toward 2026, we are building the infrastructure that will define the next era of human-computer interaction. You will be responsible for developing, training, and deploying state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and diffusion models at scale.
Our ideal candidate is not just proficient with current tools but is deeply passionate about the trajectory of AI evolution. You will work in a high-performance environment pushing the boundaries of what is possible with Transformer architectures and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF).
Responsibilities
- Design and implement cutting-edge generative models, including LLMs and diffusion models, tailored for enterprise applications.
- Optimize model inference pipelines for speed and cost-efficiency in cloud environments (AWS/GCP).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer-facing products.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, data governance, and ethical AI development.
- Research and prototype novel architectures to stay ahead of the 2026 technology curve.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or NLP.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and fine-tuning strategies.
- Experience deploying models to production using Kubernetes and Docker.
